The end.
So I've been having a good think about this blog for the last few days as I try to stock-take on my life, the things I do and where it's getting me. While this blog has been part of my life for a LONG time...11.5 years and has seen me go through A LOT, I feel in today's day and age, a blog just doesn't stand the same place it did 11.5 years ago.
I've come to notice that when I first started this blog, it was a place for me to gather my learning and thoughts and share it with the world (and myself, I've been a believer that teaching is the best way to learn). But as things have changed, my time has also changed and so have my priorities.
And thus, I have come to the conclusion that this blog has served me very well, but it's time to let it go. I still write.. a lot, but not in a blog, but more in the format of daily-self-reflection which helps me look at my everyday life in a very special way and that's why I've had a chance to properly think this through.
For those of you who have been following my blog all along, I applaud you for keeping up this all this time, for those of you who stumble upon this blog some time in the future out of some random link you clicked on the internet (or whatever it's called by that time), then hey, here's a little peek into what goes on in my mind.
Other than that, do me a favor and please read a lot. Books are called classics for a reason and that goes for any art form or creative item. I hope whatever you read here inspires to push yourself to a new level and achieve what you've been doubting you can do.
And with that, I can only say, I'm really thankful for all that has happened in the last 11.5 years and the whole 36 years of my life so far. I look forward to one day reading this again in the future and getting that warm sensation in my chest of remembering these times.
Have a fantastic next 10 days....that are going to last forever.
It's been worth it.

I started my blog 10 years ago and I never lasted as long as you did. You're moving on and I just started mine back up again (let's see how long I'll last). There's just something about putting a pen to paper...
oh. and see you on Instagram ;)
Ahaha nice Kimmy, one blog closes, another blog opens I suppose?
Anyway, yeah it's just something about "creating" or "writing" that makes the difference. Anyway good luck and yep, see you on instagram! I guess a picture tells a thousand words...so that's a more efficient "blog"?
A blog was an informal version of an article. Instagram a pictorial representation of social media. I reckon one day that will be reduced to a symbol.
Heh fair enough. I suppose "get to the point" will be the new motto of life :p
aw snap! *insert Chrome picture when it doesn't load*
